About Our Association

The Eastern Pennsylvania Football Officials Association, Inc. (EPFOA) is a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Assoication (PIAA) chapter whose purpose is to develop among football officials a thorough understanding of the rules and mechanics of high school football officiating as adopted by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and directed by the PIAA. The EPFOA works to establish and maintain the highest ideals of amateur sportsmanship in the avocation of officiating, to encourage every official to enforce the football code in both letter and spirit, and to study the interests of its members so that it can support District XI and the PIAA as directed.
